This beer was brought to me by my friend David directly from Costa Rica.  I saved it till a nice hot evening to drink it.  Thanks David!

Interesting fact about this beer.  The design was done by a Costa Rican artist Carlos Salazar Herrera, the beer is nicknamed after his design.  They call the beer “águila” which translates to eagle in english.

About the Beer – It pours a pale gold colour with a bubbly white head that does not last long.  The aroma was very typical of pale lager from a warm climate.  Light grain, grass and a bit of sweetness.  The taste was quite light.  There is a small bit of malt sweetness as well as some grain flavour.  The finish is of light grassy hops, but has a very clean dry aftertaste.

Would I Drink it Again? – Yes, seems like it would be fitting in a hot climate.
